Slotting【Grooving on sackke CNC machine (less, the machine is
automatic), grooving in the clamping workshop (accounted for the
majority, manual grooving)】.
Weld【Use solder to weld the diamond on the knife pole, then into the
vacuum welding furnace bake fixed】.
The working procedure that different cutter passes is different,
specific by project decision, basically these 7 kinds of
circumstance.
Single crystal workshop (This workshop only makes single crystal
diamond cutting tool,manual grinding wheel, directly grinding diamond knife at the Angle
of the grinding wheel, directly grinding the finished product).

overhang length is less than 4*D(mill diameter). When the tool
overhang length is longer, please adjust the speed,feed and cutting
