The single crystal diamond cutting tool has great brittleness, and
the blade is very sharp, so it is easy to collapse when it is
impacted. Therefore, it should be used in a balanced and
vibration-free working condition as far as possible. At the same
time, the rigidity of the workpiece and the cutting tool and the
stiffness of the whole system should be improved as far as
possible, so as to increase its seismic resistance.
The higher cutting speed can reduce the cutting force, while the
lower cutting speed can increase the cutting force, thus
accelerating the cutting edge collapse failure.
It is necessary to avoid the contact between the single crystal
diamond cutter and the workpiece or other hard objects in the
static state, so as to prevent the cutting edge from being damaged
and avoid stopping the machine without leaving the workpiece during
cutting
The diamond knife blade is easily damaged. When the blade is not
working, protect it with a rubber or plastic cap and keep it in a
separate knife case
