Diamond polishing knife consists of two kinds of materials: PCD
polycrystalline diamond rough polishing knife and ND natural
diamond fine (fine) polishing knife, which are successively mounted
in a special polishing knife plate. It can be used in diamond
polishing machine, edge-grinding machine and CNC center or milling
machine to finish rough and fine polishing of acrylic plate in one
time.
The tool is composed of natural diamond (PCD) precision polishing
knife, polishing effect is good, fine grain.It is the first choice
for batch polishing, high efficiency, high yield and high
brightness of organic plate.
MCD has the same high hardness, high abrasion resistance and high
thermal conductivity as diamond, and is a single crystal as natural
diamond. Its amorphous property can produce very sharp blade
quality.
In the processing of different materials, to achieve different
effects of the knife selection process, it is recommended to use
the short edge of the knife.Because the cutting edge is too long or
the knife body is too long, it will cause the turning and deviation
during processing, which will lead to the damage of the cutting
tool and the quality of the processed products.Be sure to use the
right size of the jacket, because of wear or not enough circle and
inner hole with taper of the jacket, can not provide enough
clamping force, leading to vibration or twist the handle and fly
off.
