50-100 times higher;Cutting speed can be increased 5-20 times;The
roughness can reach up to Ra0.05 micron, and the brightness is
inferior to that of natural diamond knife
2) the hardness of natural diamond (diamond) is hv9,000-10,000,
which is the hardest material in nature.The tool can keep the size
stable for a long time in cutting, so it has a long service
life.The tool made of natural diamond has no gap in its edge arc
under the microscope of 400 times, suitable for processing gold,
silver, copper, aluminum (aluminum alloy), zinc (zinc alloy),
acrylic (plexiglass) and other materials.The roughness can reach
Ra(0.01-0.025) mum.High cutting efficiency and stable machining
accuracy.
