Need to go through the precision workshop (laser or slow wire), single crystal workshop, strong grinding.[after tool welding, transfer to precision workshop, laser finishing Angle, then transfer to single crystal workshop, single crystal grinding good Angle, transfer to strong grinding finishing Angle (arc).

The material of our diamond cutter:The nature diamond or man-made diamond;the other parts for the crystal tools are 45# stainless steel. It is used for vertical type acrylic diamond edge polishing machine.
