Natural diamond specular turning tool, the cutting material of the
tool tip is high quality natural industrial diamond, suitable for
processing non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum, zinc, titanium,
etc.) and organic plate end face, the circular part of specular
turning.
High quality natural diamond is selected, and the single crystal of
natural diamond is welded to the tool bar by special welding
process. It is made by special geometric Angle design and cutting
edge grinding technology.According to customer requirements into a
variety of angles, radians, mainly used for aspheric surface and
free optical surface processing, wiener processing, ultra-precision
processing, such as: used for turning optical plexiglass, high
finish non-ferrous metals, ceramics and so on.
1) be sure to use the jacket of the appropriate size. The jacket
with taper in the inner hole and not enough clamping force will
shake or twist the handle and fly away due to serious wear and
tear.
2) when the tool is clamped and uneven contact marks or grooves are
found on the tool handle, it indicates that there is slippage or
deformation of the inner hole of the fixture.The jacket should be
replaced immediately.Tool handle and jacket must be fully tightened
and firmly, in order to encourage the fracture of the tool handle
or accidents.
3) keep the tool clean after work, and use standard industrial
solvents to remove the dirt stuck on the tool.
